Q: I'm flying in from out-of-town. Where do you recommend I stay for the wedding?

A: We have reserved a block at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Boston. Please see the accommodations page for information about reservations.

Q: What is the easiest way to get to the Hyatt from the airport?

A: The Hyatt is a short 10 min taxi ride from the airport. Taxis are also available at the Hyatt to take you back to the airport. The taxi fare is $25-30.

Q: I'm staying at the hotel. Do I need to rent a car to get to the wedding?

A: No. We have arranged shuttle buses to bring guests from the hotel to the wedding, and bring guests back after the wedding. Buses will board at 4:15pm from the Hyatt lobby, and leave Glen Magna Farms at 11:00pm after the wedding.

Q: I'm not staying at the hotel. Can I come to the welcome party and brunch?

A: Yes. We hope that you will be able to join us Saturday evening and Monday morning at the Hyatt.

Q: Are the event venues outdoors?

A: Yes. The wedding ceremony and reception are located under tents on a grass field at an outdoor venue. The welcome party and brunch are located on an outdoor terrace at the Hyatt hotel. Photos of the venues are available on the RSVP and brunch pages.

Q: What is the dress code?

A: Please wear cocktail attire to the wedding ceremony and reception. The welcome reception and brunch are more casual. All three events are located at outdoor venues.

Q: What footwear is appropriate for the outdoor wedding venue?

A: The wedding is located at an outdoor venue. When choosing your footwear, please keep in mind that the wedding (except the dance floor) will take place on a grass lawn. If you wish to wear high heels, we recommend purchasing heel protectors. We will also have flip-flops available.

Q: What time will the buses return from the wedding?

A: The buses will leave Glen Magna Farms at 11:00pm after the wedding.

Q: What if I need to return to the hotel early?

A: If you need to leave early we recommend using the Uber car service.

Q: What time will breakfast be served on Monday?

A: Breakfast will be available 9:15-11:30am. Coffee and tea will be available starting at 9:00am. If you need to eat breakfast earlier, the Hyatt's breakfast located in the lobby opens at 6:30am.

Q: I have a dietary restriction. What are menu options available?

A: Please let us know of any dietary restrictions so we can accommodate them.

Q: What restaurants and activities are near the hotel?

A: There are many restaurants and activities available in downtown Boston. Here is a list of our favorites.

Q: What are good places for breakfast near the hotel?

A: For sit-down brunch, The Paramount, Masa, and Cafe Fleuri are highly rated. For a more casual breakfast, Mike & Patty's is great, but busy and has limited seating. The Grass Roots Cafe, New Saigon Sandwich, Archie's New York Deli, Deli One, Cafe de Boston, and Freshii are good. In addition, breakfast is available at the Hyatt from 6:30am-12:00pm.

Q: What are the best places to run and walk near the hotel?

A: The Boston esplanade is the best running route in Boston. A detailed map with mileages is available here.
